Just A Little Raw Vegan Rosé Sauce


Sometimes I don’t know where these ideas come from but I am glad they do because it makes for lots of good eats!  You will have the sauce done before the water for the pasta even starts to boil!  Too easy!

Rosé Sauce for two:

1/2 cup raw cashews
1 cup cherry tomatoes or other kind of fresh tomatoes
1 table spoons apple cider vinegar
2 pinches sea salt
3 table spoons nutritional yeast
1/2 teaspoon basil
3 cloves garlic
pepper to taste

–blend all ingredients in food processor with 1/4-1/2 cup water to desired consistency.

Prepare 2 cups dry rice pasta and pour sauce over to warm up. Garnish with finely chopped kale.
