In case you missed it the first time... Pleazer Salad

Ok seriously, this vegan version of Caesar salad should be your go to recipe as it is easy, quick, healthy and delicious in no particular order.

Ingredients:

1/4 cup hemps seeds
Juice of 1/2 large lemon
1 large clove garlic
3 tablespoons olive oil
1-2 table spoons apple cider vinegar
freshly cracked pepper to taste

—Process all ingredients in magic bullet or similar type of blender.

Oh so tasty croutons:

1-2 slices non-gmo bread like Silver Hills
coconut oil
garlic salt

–‘Butter’ the bread with coconut oil, sprinkle with garlic salt, toast then cube.
