Chocolate Mousse/Pudding booya

Had some good friends over for a vegan dinner party and forgot about dessert. Thank goodness for chocolate mousse.

Ingredients:

serves 4 or 2 real sweet lovers as this is rich

1 12 oz. package non-gmo silken tofu
1/2 c cocoa powder
1/4 c agave or other sweetener
1 tsp vanilla
1 table spoon coconut oil
1/2 c almond milk or other alternative
** garnish with flaked coconut and chocolate shavings or chopped chocolate.

–Put tofu in food processor and blend it up a little. Add the rest of the ingredients and process until smooth.
Dish into individual portions and garnish. Let set and develop flavors in the fridge while you eat dinner. The longer you let it set the better.

–spiking with Kahlua is a festive treat too!
