Lemony Basil Zucchini Pasta

1 c fresh basil leaves
1/4 c hemp seeds
1/3 c cashews
zest of one lemon
juice of 1/2 lemon
1/8 c olive oil
2 pinches sea salt
1 T nutritional yeast
—Blend all ingredients, add a little water to reach desired consistency. I like it thick and creamy as it coats the noodles well. Mix well with spiralized zucchini noodles or whatever noodle of your choice.
