2 c dried green lentils
2 carrots
2 medium size potatoes
4 T no salt seasoning or like product
4 T miso paste
1 small onion
salt and pepper to taste
1 L water

—Put all ingredients in pressure cooker and let boil for 8 minutes on medium high heat.  Let pressure release naturally.  Using an emersion blender puree soup to desired consistency.  I like to keep some big chunks of potato and carrot intact.


Perhaps I don’t remember what a real Caesar Salad tastes like but this seems pretty darn close to me!

1/4 hemps seeds (I tried sunflower seeds too, it works but I like the milder taste of hemp better)
Juice of 1 lemon
1 large clove garlic
3 T olive oil
freshly cracked pepper to taste

—Process all ingredients in small food processor or small blender.  Sprinkle Alemsean Cheeze from Whole Wheat Garlic Pull Apart Bread on top.  

And thats what I call dinner!!
