I have discovered that one of the best ways to eat salad is when it’s wrapped in nori.
1/2 small purple cabbage shredded
1 large carrot julienned
1 handful cilantro leaves chopped
1 stalk celery chopped
1/2 green pepper
1 handful of green leaf lettuce
2 slices of finely chopped fresh ginger root
2 cloves garlic chopped
Juice of 1 lime
2 T tamari
2 t apple cider vinegar
2 t sesame oil
1 T agave
—Put all salad ingredients into a bowl. Combine dressing ingredients in a small bowl and pour over salad.
