Used the widest of the blades on my Benriner Kitchen Helper and spiralized a potato and yam into fettucini noodles. Blanched them in boiling water for a minute before coating them with yesterday’s Lemony Basil Pasta Sauce. Particularly liked the potato noodle! Get creative and use whatever sauce you think would be good!
